What Can You Expect?


Culture Work Studios will come to your organization to customize our approach for you, bringing collaborators to meet your needs. Together we’ll help you clarify your picture of what belonging looks like, develop your team’s skills to reach that vision, and zoom out to view your progress.

We provide each consultant for this service at $250 per hour.

OUR PROCESS

  • Paint a picture of your needs and growth goals through interviews, group conversations, and surveys.

  • Provide a frame and facilitate your conversations to acknowledge the complex picture. The frame’s boundaries guide action planning with a shared analysis, vocabulary, and toolbox gained through a customized curriculum.

  • Put together structures and new practices with individual coaching, facilitated strategy sessions, and conflict support.

  • Pause and get perspective to notice how your organization changed so your team feels belonging. You have new skills and tools to continue making adjustments on your own, and we’re available to support if you need a hand.
